We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you have with AB Greenhouse Builders. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item with prior approval of our office. Any cancellation/return within 15 days of the order date is entitled for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, 15% restocking fees, and 15% refurbishing fee will apply. The return freight cost of goods to our warehouse is the sole responsibility of the customer. The returned item must be in the original box with all paperwork. We will refund the product price only. Outbound shipping costs will not be refunded. Orders that received discounted or free shipping will be charged for initial shipping cost. Custom Size orders / Custom build products including but not limited to Farmers / Commercial Series are not returnable. Refund or replacement is not acceptable for final sales & custom orders, but any defective parts will be replaced.
The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment, contacting and making delivery arrangements with the Carrier, and inspection of boxes. In the event of damaged merchandise, the customer should write damage on delivery papers and take picture before unloading product.
Client have 15 days in which to notify us of this. This notification must be in writing and should include missing parts/ damaged parts number for us to resend you the part again. Post 15 days missing or damage part claim will be client responsibility.
Codes vary from county to county. It is best to check with your local county. If required, we can supply, local engineered stamped Drawings and calculations for most of our greenhouses, for an additional charge. Compliance is the responsibility of the buyer. We will do our best to help you through this process.
